Back workout

Looking for some suggestions for my current back workout:

Wide grip pull ups (assisted) 4x10
Narrow grip pull down 3 sets
DB row 3 sets
Seated pully row 3 sets
BB row 3 sets
deadlift 4 sets (10,8,8,6)

Rep pattern is usually 10,8,8 increasing the weight each set.

Feel free to comment on my current workout, im training back tonight and looking to change it up maybe depending on your feedback! Also with wide grip pull ups, recently i have been using the assisted machine to get 4 sets of 10 out. However i can do 6 reps bodyweight without the assist, which is better?

looks solid. pretty similar to one that I do. maybe throw a straight arm pulldown in there (my favorite exercise)

for the pullups I bang out as many as you possibly can unassisted and then get the rest of the set out assisted if needed.

I would start off with deads. Its one of the most important compound lifts so you should start off with it and be strongest on it.Than i would do bbrows->assisted pullups->db rows->pulldowns. No need for the pully row imo

This is what you should be doing.

I don't DB row. So other than Barbell rows I substitute a differrent row each workout. Always close grip. Seated rows, t bar rows, chest supported row machine ect.

I hope you are not doing all that in one workout, and it is simply the collection of exercises that you choose from?
