Cleared to do back, arms, and legs, so I am going to hit the back today. How should my w/o be today? Just light to get back into it?

start with compound and work on your form, you can always up the intesity next time.... Why risk injury by not being patient???

Yes, especially for any lifting even remotely involving that shoulder. Go easy for now, and probably your next few workouts.

I went really light...probably about 50%....it felt pretty good, but I just have that nervous feeling that I'm going to injure myself again. I guess that is a good thing....keeps me focused on form. It is a bummer watching everyone else hitting it hard and myself having to kick back, but I know it is just a matter of time.

Good way to look at it. Every few months or so, I have to force myself to refocus on form. And that always means taking some weight off the bar, which we all hate to do. But it's ultimately a good thing to do; kind of a reality check of sorts.

after 4 weeks off i jumped back in balls to the wall....... you made the better choice my friend.
