Back day...then leg day?

I usually try to take a day off after leg day and back day because they are the most physically demanding and can most benefit from a recovery day.

However, my schedule is making so I'll need to do a full led workout, including squats, after a full back workout last night, including deads. Any reason not to do this?
 
There's no way I would do this bro. Too many tie-ins between squats and deads.

You have any other options?
 
Perhaps partial deads, so your legs aren't worked?

Then again, they will put a lot of stress on your back, and you don't want that when you're doing squats the next day ...

Yeah, I mean I won't go to Hell for taking tonight off, but I can't go tomorrow night either because of another commitment. I hate missing two days in a row. Makes me feel like a big giant fatass.

Guess I could just do cardio tonight...... :(

I read about this somewhere. Something about moving the lower extremeties at an excelerated rate of speed....this supposedly gets the heart rate up and helps to burn fat.

Eh...it's probably hogwash. I'll let you know.
 
2 days minimum between the two for me.
(Back - Tuesday, Legs - Friday.)

i try to leave a days gap inbetween any exefcises i do with the lower back

so if i did seated cable rows, i;d leave a day b4 i did squats, so doing squats then deads would be a no-no for me :)
 
So I took the night off and did laundry and bbqed some chicken for the week. I'm gonna have to figure a way to go tonight, even if it's late 'cause I now feel like a "great porky" (said in my grandfather's best scottish accent).

Joker and Teabags....I'll find out what I can on this "car-di-o" nonsense.
