Thanks. I am not for sure if I want to add band tension next week or just keep increasing the weight. I'd like to do my 8 sets with 400+lbs in a few weeks to work on increasing the load at the bottom of the lift. Not for sure yet...
I should have done 5 reps on the atlas squats...must have wussed out. It was after doing box squats and rev hypers though. I'll get 5-6 next week and hope to get 10 with light tacky only in the next 3 weeks.
