So I was feeling like shit about workingout...or not workingout I should say. So I did something weird, I went back to basics. I started doing 3 sets of ten with an ultra light weight...for me! You know what, it about kicked my ass, it was weird. I'm not saying that I'm going to do this for a long time...no more than a 3 week period, but I really started feeling good about hitting the gym again. Granted it's kind of weird having others that know me in the gym stare at my when I'm doing 3 sets of 10 with 155 on bench (when I'm usally doing 4X6 at 245), but it really feels good. So I'm inclined to tell others when things aren't working for you go back to your beginings...I'm using the same workout that I started with 6 years ago, and it reminded me as why I started workingout in the first place!!! I'm really starting to get excited about hitting the gym, and that is a great feeling!!!
