Either way, good stuff... I can't feel the appetite effects but I definately feel more energized for the next few days after the shot....

Injectable B-12, goes pretty straight into the system where as the tablet going thru into the stomach is not as good and you would actually have to take more by mouth to even get close to the amount you inject...absorbtion is the key word here.

i dont think there's any reason to aspirate. It says on the label that it could be administered intravenously. I wouldn't do it on purpose but if it happens it happens.

Can't comment on injectible B12 because I've never tried it.

But B12 in tablet form whether sublingual or swallowed is a waste of money. I've tried a couple different brands in the past and it has absolutely no noticeable effect at all.

sublingual b12 have high absorption rate but the problem is that amount of material absorped is limited due the small surface area under the tongue.....so if u want to get similar result to injection you may take high dose under tongue and spread throu the day ( one serving every 3 hours).......but maybe its just a headache

tried the dots did absolutely nothing for me. just ordered b12 for injection nothing beats this.

fyi B12 can be administered by IV.

stacking up gear for the new year now, and made sure to include the b12.
