I doubt the tire weighs 500lbs each...and with them being that tall...they really shouldn't be very hard to lift at all.

When I was in search for an 800-1,000 lb tire...I found an earth mover company that said I could have one of their tires and it was about that weight. WRONG!!! 2,245lbs...used!!!!!

omg, thats humungous... is there like a world record for the biggest tire flipped?? ... your events look like fun.. even though i m training westside, i still want to try some of the stuff, like farmers walks , atlas stone..etc

I know that at the pro contest in Ohio a few weeks ago...they used an 1,100lb tire. No one finished the full course.
