As a gun rights supporter, I love that comparison! Never seen that one, but I've seen the murder rates showing how many murders were committed by running over people with cars, vs. by gunfire, and how many accidental bathtub/shower deaths vs. gun accidental deaths. It's all proof that the safest machine in the hands of the American public is a gun.

Obama care clearly states that you must do the Quality-Adjusted Life Year calculation first.

Then you can use a gun on it.

There's a big difference there.
 
Also if you use a gun, please use a shot gun or single shot rifle. Assault rifles and hand guns get a bad rep because to many people fix their own medical issues with them.

agree. its gonna be hard to defend ourselves from our government in a couple years when its completely communist when they try to take away my ar-15
 
I really, really dislike doctors. And law enforcement. and government. Not always...but most of the time. Teehee!
 
That was the stupidest thing I've ever read. Why are they only counting accidental gun deaths? It's the 15,000 or so intentional gun deaths that cause the biggest problem. I guess by this reasoning if a dumbass NRA member accidentally shoots themself and survives, they will not go to a hospital because doctors are too dangerous.

I own a gun and am cool with people owning one to protect themselves but let's be realistic.

So true. If you just took guns away, those would-be intentional gun death perpetrators would just pack-up and go home instead so as to get a good night's rest and be a productive member of society the next day.
