Any good? Just got a bottle from a bro and can only find garbage stuff on google with no real info. Would i wanna hit up the bcaa pwo or prior to lifting? or with a meal like it says on the back? talk about shitty directions i just have heard u need intake a whole aa-profile or else your body cant synthesize the shiet. could be wrong or right if anyone knows good lookin out!
