Any good? Just got a bottle from a bro and can only find garbage stuff on google with no real info. Would i wanna hit up the bcaa pwo or prior to lifting? or with a meal like it says on the back? talk about shitty directions i just have heard u need intake a whole aa-profile or else your body cant synthesize the shiet. could be wrong or right if anyone knows good lookin out! :chomp:
 
I have no idea about esters of the bcaa's(leucine-ethyl-ester,valine-ethyl-ester & isoleucine-ethyl-ester), but I think bulk bcaa's(2-4 grams) before workout are just as good.
 
took 4 of these with my meal an hour before lifting again at night, things made me feel a bit bugged out I would probably rather go with powder form which ones do you guys reccomend to put into a pwo shake and or just to take daily in gen.
