Avoiding trap growth on cycle?

Hey guys, I am planning to do another cycle soon and was wondering if there is any way to minimize my trap growth during this cycle through exercise selection. I am looking for specific exercise recommendations that minimize trap involvement and any other tips you guys might have. My traps grew like crazy on my other cycles and I want to avoid it this time as it is not the look I am going for.

You hit traps with deadlifts, rows, cleans and pulldowns, so it's kind of hard to avoid working them. Definitely avoid shrugs so you aren't directly working the traps. And hit deltoid exercises hard like lateral and front raises to make yourself look more proportionate up top.

Yea, I wish I had that problem!

Try crossfit. Don't have to worry about any growth there. And do curls in the squat rack.

Thanks guys. I'll most likely do what I was planning originally, which is to emphasize my arms on this cycle with higher volume and frequency while leaving my chest and back a little behind, I guess that will take care of it.

Yeah that's tough I have the same problem, I thought it was awesome for a long time but I'm look like a thug and I'm trying for more of a full round muscle fitness loom if that makes spence and I'm to old for that look.

I stopped lifting back as much and just do pull downs once per wk.

Brad.
