Avoiding side effects on HGH

I've read that HGH can be very effective but that people can get lots of side effects. I'm most worried about:
water retention
carpal tunnel syndrome
hypothyroid symptoms
How much HGH do you recommend that I run? Should I go with two IU's per day and would that keep the side effects lower?

Before ever starting, it’s best to get a baseline IGF1 test that way you can see what your baseline is and you can monitor how you are responding to your HGH therapy, I would recommend starting at 1 iu for at least two weeks and titrate up accordingly, also a lot of people that run HGH when they first start they aren’t drinking nearly enough fluids so my recommendation is drink at least 1 gallon of water per day with enough electrolytes in it to keep yourself balanced.

Hey brother,

I started HGH as of Monday (6 days ago) I take 2IU before bed.

I do recommend what Alcatraz and Ateam both say.
Start lower, the first 2 days I had slight head aches. I wasn't drinking enough water as well.
I've maybe put on 1kg since Monday.

Headaches went away when I started drinking more fluids. I Drink Hydralite on training days and have for the past year as well.
I've had bloods done prior to starting as well.

So great tips so far and as someone who's just jumped on at 2iu a day - although my sides are almost non existant now.
Start at 1IU and see how you go - Drink more water as well :)
