I agree that we have to watch out for sodium since it's skyhigh in many foods we don't suspect, but, I have to warn you guys that there are probably a lot of guys on this board who aren't even getting enough sodium. If you for instance work in a hot workplace and drink a lot of water and are on a diet, I'd be very cautious about dilluting electrolytes too much. There are actually some endurance athletes who have literally died simply from drinking too much water while they sweated out sodium.
I'm not saying this is common (dying), but with guys in here drinking 2 plus gallons of water a day and sweating a lot while watching sodium, it's very possible to cause weakness and dehydration, cramps, and things like poor creatine uptake. If we take this in while realizing the high blood pressure/ sodium relationship is probably overstated to some degree, I'd simply say sodium is less a concern than we traditionally give it credit. In fact I've seen at least one well known trainer in the mags recommend high sodium intake while dieting.
As to the question about bloat, I haven't tried Femara but again I have to state that I feel that nolva is best for pct and a-dex is best while on.
