haha, well that would help too. i have been 'natural' since november and it really isnt much fun. however, i am now weighing in at 236 thanks to corndog's 3 day routine. i sometimes want to do more gear but i can't right now cause im doing way too much cardio (bjj and muay thai) atleast 5 days a week for a bulking cycle

Hows that 3 day routine working for ya? I posed it up in december and was going to try it but I wasnt mentally ready for it and decided to modify my existing routine which im am currently using now. I might go to the 3 day when I have the motivation to work with it...
