Would you kill your child if he pulled this shit? Crazy kid!! LOL

SYDNEY (AFP) — An Australian teenager who held a wild house party which ended with police calling in air support was Wednesday arrested over the incident, which has created headlines around the world.

The 16-year-old had refused to return to his parents' two-storey home in the Melbourne suburb of Narre Warren since the party he advertised on the Internet descended into mayhem on Saturday night.

Some 500 people turned up for the event and after neighbours called in the authorities, police cars and neighbours' property were damaged and 30 officers, a helicopter and the dog squad were needed to subdue the revellers.

The party boy had also refused to take phone calls from his parents, telling national television on Tuesday night: "I haven't really talked to them because every time they try to call, I don't answer."

But police caught up with the bleached-blond youth, who has conducted all media interviews wearing oversized dark glasses with yellow frames, and he was detained Wednesday along with another 16-year-old.

"Two youths have been interviewed in relation to a party at Narre Warren over the weekend," a police spokesman told AFP, adding that both had been released and ordered to appear at a children's court next month.

Police would not name the charges but reports said one had been charged with producing child pornography and creating a public nuisance and bailed.

Although police did not name the boy, he has made headlines in the United States and Europe where his story has appeared on all the major networks, winning attention from around the world for his nonchalance in the face of police, public and parental anger.

An appearance on Australian television, during which he sported a hooded jacket left open to expose a bare chest and a pierced nipple, has since been watched thousands of times on the Internet video site YouTube.

On Tuesday, he was reportedly relaxing at a Melbourne beach with girls as his step-father, who cut short his holiday to return home, described him as a "show pony" who needed to be punished.

In the interview he conducted with an Australian current affairs show, the teenager said that the party was originally intended as "just a get-together with a couple of mates" and made a half-hearted apology to his parents' neighbours.

But he refused to remove his glasses, irritating the presenter.

"Nah, nah, I'll leave these on, I like them," he said.

"I'll say sorry but I'm not taking off my glasses."

When the Nine Network interviewer asked him what advice he would give to other teenagers thinking about hosting a party while their parents are away, he suggested he should run it for them.

And when she advised him to "go away and take a long hard look" at himself, he replied: "I have. Everybody has. They love it."

But others were not so amused. Victoria state Premier John Brumby said the youth "needs to understand that what he has done is wrong. And he needs to show some remorse and apologise."
