Um yea, colon cleanse suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Not sure what you're using - I used the cheap stuff from GNC - but the powder worked better than the caps for me. (TMI...again... just stay real close to the bathroom... and consider discontinuing the stuff if it makes you sick longer than a couple days - you dont' have time to let that impact your health if it is really hard on you - not that its easy, but if its really making you sick....)
Otherwise.... yay! Start the countdown!

As for donor...unfortunately, any man or woman who disrespects a parent as much as this man has me....knowing what a phenomenal mother I am.....deserves to be acknowledged by nothing else. (imo) I think there can be and are several defining moments in a parent and person's life.....he has finally made his clear to all. I truly pray God touches his heart....for his sake and mini me. Anger, control, resentment, jealousy, malice, and deceit are all horrible things to be defined by.

I've gone to countless plays and awards, football games, dance rehersals, cheerleading and base ball.. and I swear to you every time my child is up to preform I tear up like a damn baby. I know.....I'm chiming in a little late on this one, but my doc made me use Fleets before a surgery I had. It's a powder that you mix with water. Tastes like CRAP!!!! It works.....and no cramping.......habitualhealth said:

I remember last year at this time (about) that the support I got here drug me thru all of the hardship. I don't have anyone in my family that knows anything about what I went thru and they thought I was nuts. I didn't have a trainer to push me or anyone to coach me. I just relied on EF and the amazing people here to help guide me. I felt on top of the world when I held that trophy in my hand.
HH, you will excel, I guarantee that. You have the confidence and the drive and the body to do whatever you desire. I will in any way help ... any way at all. Please Dont' ever hesitate to call or email or pm, what ever. Love ya girl... and gosh dammit, I sure wish I could be there. I'm not there in flesh but I am there in thought sugar.

Also, i know you asked about airbrushing...it was sooooo awesome. Literally just airbrushed the paint right on my face. I seriously looked amazing. She matched up the makeup PERFECT to the protan. I was hot to trot. haha

It was nice to go out and actually see through a room full of people rather than around their behinds. I had too many drinks that night and fell into some bushes.
