Hi guys, just stumbled across this site last weekend and joined today! Greetings from Ireland !! I have to say, these forums are extremely informative. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for the last 8 years or so and have always wanted to learn about this but good info is not very profound or widespread here ( well at least in my social circles).
