I don't know what brought on the heart attack and I'm not going to pollute this thread by speculating. However I will take time to say to all the Iron Bros that are 40+ like me that we need to be as concerned with our inner health as we are with our outer health. I'll take a 50 resting HR over 19" arms any day of the week. Go to the doctor and get a checkup at least once a year. Make sure you've got your financial house in order. Redirect some of that cycle budget toward life insurance for those you leave behind. I've met someone thats caused me to rethink a lot of choices regarding fitness goals, cycles, etc. I wanna live, maing. I think we all do.

This more than anything is one of the reasons my gear days are through. Life is too short.......and time with loved ones passes too quickly.

If this thread is in the right, then R.I.P. SSS.

he still logged in and read man, he was still PLATINUM. he just couldn't post or participate anymore really, but he used the boards for research, info, etc.

I think his wife had an issue with him spending so much time on here, talking to women, etc. But I am not 100% on that.

I wonder if EF could do something, send something to his family or make a donation or something. We lost a good bro.

he was a great bro, i spent many dozens of hours chatting to him, always had wise words


i remember once telling him I wished i was there to tuck him in and kiss him goodnight by accident when I was also speaking to my gf once lol



from what I knew he was on hrt, but upped the doses a bit, he loved lifting and being large and strong, he was always saying he was gonna come visit england with his wife and wated to meet, shame
