Hey..would love to hear your opinions on my diet. Here are my stats: female, bf=22%, 50kg.
Training first thing am, empty stomach 4 -day split, cardio 30-50 mins after weights or 50-60mins on non-weight training days.

m1; low-carb high protein shake w soy milk + apple

m2; tuna/seafood w avo and salad

m3; 4 egg whites or low-fat cottage cheese + tuna and salad + flaxseed oil

m4; myoplex lowcarb bar or shake

m5; 200g fish w salad and steamed green veg.

m6; cottage cheese

Ide like to lose 5% bf before summer (ie max. 2 months) without drugs - though have been mixing my own ECA stack (before workout) last couple of weeks - using legal pharmaceuticall drugs.
would appreciate all suggestions!!!

As much as I love cottage cheese I dont eat it right now because Im on a keto diet. Id reccomend swapping it for some chicken, I also like eatin cheese.

how long have u been on the diet? how long did it take to c results...could you post it up for me?
Thanx :)

Ive been in ketosis for about a week. The way I have it set up I easily eat enough to keep myself full but I take in less than 3 grams of carbs per day. Ive lost 13 lbs in a couple weeks most of which is water weight. I really like this because I dont fee lhungry all the time. Ive only cheated once but that was emotion driven not because I was hungry. I ate a scone and 4 cups of cottage cheese. normally I eat

eggs
bacon
sausage
tuna
cheese
chicken
flax seed oil

so what does a typical meal plan look like for u? do u carb up on the weekend like the bodyopus diet or no carbs all week?

meal 1
2 scrambled eggs
3 sausage links

meal 2
can of tuna (in water) w/mayo & 1 tbl spoon flax seed oil
2 slices cheese

meal 3
2 baked (or barbecued) chicken thigh
2 slice cheese

meal 4
1 baked (or barbecued) chicken thigh
2 slices cheese
1 tbl spoon flax seed oil

I dont really carb up. I carbed once but that once a binge. emotional eating sucks. Im thinking about carbing up again just cause I got some cravings and Id rather eat right than break down in fron of a Jack in the Box.

This is what my low carb diet looked like. I used it to get ready for my last competition. It works. you eat low carb, then two times a week you carb-load with low glycemic carbs-----------
Meal#1 6oz 93% lean ground sirlion and 3 egg whites + 1 grapefruit

Meal#2 Protien shake (make sure the are as little simple sugars as possible) 3 egg whites and 1Tbsp of flax oil

Meal #3 8oz Precooked chicken and 2 cups of spinach salad

Meal#4 Same as meal #2

Meal #5 8oz pre-cooked chicken breast and 2cups veg.

On Monday and Thursday in place of meal 5----- 1and3/4 cup of precooked oatmeal, 10oz sweet potato, 6oz bananna, 1 cup veg

The idea is to flirt with ketosis but not enter it( muscle sparing) it definately works. I did this diet for about 7 weeks

Rez: for a female and for your weight I think you are taking in too much protein (dare I say it!!) 200grams of fish for one of your meals, that's like 50-60 grams in one sitting. The carbs seem nice and low anyway so I would lower the protein a little to lower cals as well.

For meal 1 have egg whites and about 50 grams of oatmeal. I agree with diamonddiceclay that it should be whole food.

meal 1 is my post-workout meal, should it still be a whole food meal? I thought it was best to get a shake into your system asap after a workout?
