Atkins Advantage shakes

I saw them on sale, 4 for $3.99 so I decided to try them out. I think I've seen tham at Costco before for like $25 for a 24 pack.

I bought the Creamy Vanilla which tastes much much better than I would have expected. Any one got more info on these that I should consider before I get stoked and buy crates of this shit?

I love those things in a tight spot.

Not crazy about the soybean oil, but oh well, the amounts are not all that great.

And they don't give you the runs because sugar alcohols are not used (of course some people, never having even touched one, still feel the need to comment).

I'm always tempted to grab them at Costco, because the price is so damn cheap.

I like the taste of ass, but I'm not too picky with food. I'm not like the guys on the Anabolic board ("Ewww, this doesn't taste like a pickled plum! My spoiled ass cannot enjoy this food of common substance!").

I've cut out sugars and sodium out of my diet as much as possible for about a year now, so I no longer expect food to be masked by these condiments. Compared to the unflavored milk and egg protein powder I use, these shakes taste like liquid cake.

I have unflavored protein daily. I don't use sugar or salt. But the taste of these made me gag.

I buy those slimfast meal shakes to use in a pinch once in a while. About the same deal. 20 g protein and 9g fat and 7 g carb. Lots of flavors too.
