I wanted to know if you think any professional athletes might not use any supplements at all ? Just eat clean a train hard? Do you think its possible or you have to be taking supps?
pro athletes are genetically blessed across the board and have the intangibles of being able to step up in a pressure situation and deliver on the goods. that takes a certain level of ability that you will not find in any supplement
Every pro athlete I have ever come across is using dietary supplements. Think about it. They are paid millions of dollars per year to perform at their highest level. They will take whatever might give them a slight edge
