I'm a beach volleyball athlete at a pretty high level. I just started diving into the world of supplements (legal ones only) I'm taking Nitrix NO2 and Mega Creatine. I want to increase my speed strength and edurance but I still want to remain lean. I'm afraid the creatine will cause water retention and make me look bloated, I'm also concerned about cramping b/c we play in 100 degree weather with touch conditions. Any suggestions?
