at what week do gains stop?

im planning on doing a small bulking cycle and want to keep it short. i was wondering at what average week of a cycle do gains stop? 3,4,6,8?
 
they stop when your metabolism adjusts to your daily intake, stagger diet is the most effective way to continually put on size

do you mean go high cals for x weeks, then go low cals for x weeks?
 
what i mean is: alot of the diets out now i have the right ideas, eating less calories when on off days, more when on, this is obvious when u cycle, your body will need more to recover.

However, people seem to think that diet needs to stay the same at all times. Like anything your body adapts to changes about every 3 days, or so I am told by my doc.

This adaptation makes it extrememly hard to gain mass past a certain time, i say 6 weeks because alot of people feel that is the time when they stop seeing gains, though i feel it is probably around weeks 4-5.

If you do not increase your caloric intake when your body gets used to your diet, your body will simply use those calories to maintain

I always make sure that protein is up around 300g/ed regardless, i adjust my carbs and fats every 3 days as to shock my system, i never want my body to get into a routine, i allow enough of a routine for proper recovery but without my metabolism falling into a homogenieus state
 
Adjust calories after your weight and it ownt stop. It might slow down a bit but not stop. Also keep SHBG in check with "the morning wood test"...
 
Of course gains stop -- or at least diminish to the point where they're insignificant. Otherwise people who stayed on would weigh 500 pounds with 8% bf

The best gains come in the first 3-4 weeks, (weeks 2 and 3 being the "money gains" ) which is aound how long the average HPTA can stand being suppressed and still bounce back. Gee, I wonder how long the optimum cycle should be?

Gains may continue, however slight for a maximum of 8-12 weeks but there will also be more supression and more gains lost.

People stay on onger because they simply can't stand losing muscle. They may claim continued growth but it's most likely fat and water. Guys who never come off tend to have that "bloated" look all the time.
 
nelson question for you. i believe you've answered this before but well searching for it will be difficult. people usually bulk and cut anywhere from 6 weeks to 16 weeks. i understand the gains made in the 3 week cycles that you recommend but what about fatloss? how would you do a cutting cycle if youre on for 3 weeks only?
 
Nelson, about the 3 week cycles you recomend, do you also recomend using AS in larger than normal amounts.

If you could, give an example
 
honestly i know what you guys are sayign but i definetly think longer time is needed at least for me on cycle...also the hpta will bounce back according to not needing the old post cycle treatment it may just take another week compared to a 3-4 week cycle...im thinking in the 6-8 week range at best....and then i agree witht he rest of the story that they cant stand losing muscle...

WHEN I AM ON A 12 WEEK CYCLE I MAKE SUPER SIZE AND STRENGTH GAINS ON THE 2, 3, 4, AND FIFTHE WEEK IF I AM USING ANADROL WHICH I ONLY USE FOR THE FIRST 5 WEEKS. FROM WEEK 5 I BEGIN TO TAPER MY DOSE DOWN UNTIL THE 8TH WEEK AND DURING THAT TIME PERIOD STICK TO MY DIET. I DROP DOWN BY 6 POUNDS BUT THAT IS JUST WATER WEIGHT AND I KEEP THE MAJORITY OF MY STRENGHT GAINS. FROM WEEK 9 TO 12 THIS IS TIME IN WHICH I WILL USE HIGHLY ANABOLIC GEAR SUCH AS PRIMOBOLAN, WINSTROL AND CLENBUTEROL DURING WHICH I WILL OBTAIN SOME MORE STRENGHT GAINS AND GOOD QUALITY MUSCLES WITH VASCULARITY. AND ON WEEK 13, 14, AND15 I WILL USE MY HCG AND CLOMID INWHICH I WILL BUILD UP A LITTLE STRENGHT.
