Me too. I'll be 29 in OCT & didn't start till I was 27. You younger users could have done your body so much good by training naturally for a few more years, especially, the ones in their teens. I've got a 5yr old son & I plan to educate him on hte facts when he hit's teenage and starts lifting, if he lifts. He's a big boy & I'd say he'll be heavy into some sort of sport. 5yrs old, 4'3" @ 45ish lbs hands & feet like a fucking sasquatch!
