You need to find a hot guy in the gym, find out when he's in there and make sure you are there to "watch". Eye candy is good motivation. Gym work is also a GREAT stress reliever - its probably the only way I made it thru college - 3 times! And of course, if you don't, PUMPGIRL will HELP you get in there!
If you are concerned about losing that 5 lbs, next time you go on the scale, put some rocks in your pockets. LOL!. Better yet, don't use the scale - go by how you look. Looking at the scale is like checking your stock investments every hour. You're shooting for the long term results - not the minute by minute margins.
Did that help? I think I just motivated myself to hit the weights tonite. Its pouring outside and I'm just not really into the 200 meter soggy parking lot sprint while carrying expensive company laptop just now.....
