Ok...that was kind of shitty to do to a newbie... I'll give you some helpful advice. Try glucosamine and condriton. Back your poundages down for a week for so, increase you fat intake. Make sure you are getting enough omega 3's. Add some extra anti-oxidants, at the very least you should be using 1000 mg of vitamine C, 400 iu's of vitamine E and 10,000 iu's of beta carotene a day.
