AS Vial question

I hope this is not a stupid question, but I have some test prop, but it is not in a normal vial, you the kind where you just pill the plastic and put the needle in the little hole, I put a picture of what im talking about, I need to know how would I open this,

There are many ways to open them, A lot of people just put a rag over them and use there thumb and snap the top part off, it might be scored a little which helps a lot, If not, score it a little. There are also little devices that do that for you, just be careful

filing a little at narrow part helps it to break off easier... maybe use a knife (blade facing away) or thin nail file... be sure to se the rag or towel mentioned when popping off the top w/ your thumb... keeps you from cutting yourself w/ the rough edge when it snaps off. Hold steady so it doesn't spill out.
