Aromasin on cycle or not

So My first cycle, test/dbol with tren-tfo at the end.

Wondering what dose I should take aromasin throughout cycle?

I dont want to even develop gyno, I want to be on the safe side. Whats a low effective dose that will keep my estrogen in check but wont totally destroy it?

Ive read 12.5mg E3D just want to get other bros opinions

Yeah bro I've run 10-12 mg eod and had no problems but I think E3D would be fine. I'm not very gyno proned but don't want to take any chances especially when running Dbol. I'm running Adex this cycle though...which is the same cycle you're running lol. Just my .02

Edit: Im gonna run it with my test which is every Monday/Thursday. Otherwise itd be wednesday, saturday, tuesday, friday, monday, thursday, sunday, repeat FUCK THAT

yeah i was curious about this too. did your friend say it would be enough to surpress it but not hinder gains too much? whats the half life on aromasin?

Half life is around 4-5 days, but that doesnt matter. What matters is the enzymes being replaced, dont know how long it takes to do that

He said it was better to be safe than sorry....
