If I thought I had good calf genetics it would make me want to work them because surely that means they would grow alot from training? I think calves can be too big though and look silly, especially if they are on a fat guy (not directed at anyone Im just saying)

When I want to lose weight, I lose 1-2lbs a week. I'm pretty disciplined but get frustrated that my moobs/flabs aren't going. In 2005 I weighed over 186lbs and started a diet to go with my training; low carbs and high protein but still low overall calories; within 8 months I dropped over 35lbs but my bodyfat % was still in the 20s. I got down into the teens when I was told to do more weight training/eat more protein but still, the flabs/moobs still existed :(

Even when I do programs/diets that take months, I have never reached single digit bodyfat or got the 6 pack :(

I'm thinking of doing a 0 carb ketosis/caveman diet- it worked for Toney Freeman right? I'm just so mad and really want this fat to go!
 
my coach has the most amazing calves and has never done a calve exercise at all. I torrment him all the time I ask him if he has every done ballet. It's always good for a fuck off.
