1/2 tab EOD should do great. I have heard of people using 1/4 tab EOD with grea results. Best of luck!

DISPUTING THE DOGMA
If you are unlucky like me 1mg wont even work with a gram. I used 1mg daily with a gram and started geting very itchy and soar nipples. I upped the dosage to 2mg a day and even did 3mg for 2 days. Nothing would really work. I stopped the cycle short and got a little bit of gyno which is now slowyl going a way (but my nipples got alittle bit larger which is permanet and annoying).
I think arimidex is way overated when it comes to using dosages over 500mg of testosterone. I just don't see how 1mg of anything can compete with 1000mg of something else for the same receptors (the aromatase enzyme). It doesn't make any sense. I have looked at studies about arimidex that have come out recently that show that, in dosages commonly used (1/2-1mg) it is effective in cutting out ONLY ABOUT 50 percent of estrogen production in men who don't even use steroids! I think that the whole arimidex thing is way hyped up and people will start to realize this soon. Its a relatively new drug and when everyone saw the results of how it inhibited 80 percent of aromatase enzymes in postmenopausal women they went hog wild and thougt that the same thing would happen in men who are taking 100s of milligrams of testosterone per week. THe price has only perpetuated it mythic status. There are tons of people on this board who complain that there arimidex isn't working and guys just ignore them, as if it doesn't even register because they have all been brain washed to beleive that arimidex in dosages of .5-1mg will wipe out estrogen completely nomatter what, PERIOD. Most studies show that arimidex only wipes out estrogen in men, exactly where you don't want it wiped out, in the brain. The bottom line is that alot of guys that support it and use it are the guys that haven't used high dosages with it yet or are genticaly gifted in the gyno departemrt and would never really get the stuff anyways. Don't get me wrong, I think that it is a great drug for dosages of test 500mgs and under, but if you are prone to gyno I don't thnk it wil really work with dosages of test that are 1 gram or over. I just don't see how 1mg of it can effectively compete with all the extra testosterone in order to bind to the aromatase receptors effectively.
There is a new thing coming out called aromasin which is everything arimidex is supposed to be. THat stuff will really do the trick. It comes in tabs of 25mg. IT will hit the black market in the next couple of months. I can't wait!

What kind of Badger would say the arimidex competes for a receptor and then call that receptor an enzyme? You are right, arimidex does only inhibit 50% of the estrogen in a male body and it has been shown to increase test levels by 58% at the same time. Which is good because if it blocked too much estrogen it would inhibit your gains. You need some E to bring a little water to those muscles so they can grow. Arimidex is still the best product there is to inhibit E, but anyone who thinks it will inhibit ALL E and absolutely stop everyone who takes it from getting gyno no matter how much test they take is mistaken. It's not bulletproof. But I will say this if you get gyno while you are taking arimidex you are extremely sensitive and would have no chance without it. If you use test, take it.

There are many competitors who use it with great success. You have to watch how you interpret research.
The fact that AS even worked wasn't agreed on by researchers that many years ago.
It may not have worked with you, but drugs impact everyone differently. We have people on this board who have done over a gram, plus other AS, and had good results.
