how much sustanon you taking? Like Dylan said 0.5mgs EOD to ED depends on the dosages of gear.

You realize adex dose is kinda dependant on how much test you taking. WIth that in mind kinda tough to give you any real feedback.

If its just to reduce water retention I reckon 0.5mg every third or four day. Although u shouldn't bloat if ur diet and water intake remains solid through the cycle. But 0.5 can be used ed or eod. But imo u just wasting cash if the sole purpose is for water retention prevention.

Like everyone else said, it completely depends on how much test you are taking. I've never been a big fan of adex, very inefficient for an AI. Go with aromasin next time. Check out ag guys if you need any of this stuff in the future.

By the looks of his posting history, he will be running 250mg, e3d.

I would start adex at .5mg eod, and adjust from there.

0.5 mg ED or EOD depending on how much water retention. if it's heavy then you can start ED then move to EOD.
