Does anyone need more than 1.8 grams of protein per KG of their BW? Witht his being the truth, then, a 300 hundred pound BB would only need a maximum of 245 grams thoughout the day. I spent all day looking for legitimate data (data produced by a professional resource and not by a supp manufactuerer) source and could not do so.
What is the opinion?
