i get asked and tell people I workout an hour a day and eat well (which is true) and then they always want to know "what do you eat?" as if them eating the same thing will make the difference. gotta workout !!

There's a process in the military called OPSEC. I was going to link to a wikipedia article but i need 25 posts. Its basically looking through your opponents eyes at yourself and see how you can be hurt via information.
