Are these gains enough

Guy's please help.........
I started my first ever cycle after much research. It's the basic mass gaining cycle:
400 mg deca + 500 mg sust: week 1 to 10
As we do not get d-bol here so i added winni for the first 4 weeks:
20 mg winni: week 1
30 mg winni: week 2
30 mg winni: week 3
20 mg winni: week 4
(low dose od winni as we don't get milk thistle this side////so just playing safe....got my self liv-52 though).
Gained 13 lbs in the first three weeks ;)
Gained just 4 lbs in the next three weeks:(
Am in the sixth week now from today. (no gains last week)
My deca and sust are organon and not fake, but don't know why i am not getting any more gains now. Please help.
Am taking a good diet of 4000+ calories with 350 grams of protein ; good carbs and fat sources.....but the scale is not going up. Also just cannot do without sex....will this hamper gains. Am sleeping about seven hrs every night and training about 90 minutes 6 days a week.

Is my deca / sust a fake....but then could i gain 16 lbs just from winni. Bloat is not too much but i want to add up about 35 lbs to my frame.
My initial weight was 179 lbs at 5 ft 10". Am 196 lbs now.
Would appreciate any feed back.
 
I think 35 lbs is asking a little to much. Keep up the diet and training and you should put on a few more lbs. Sex won't hurt.
Make sure you have Clomid post cycle or you can kiss a lot of those gains bye-bye
 
Yeah...i have clomid and also Nolvadex just i case i need that mid cycle.
Also, this is the sixth week and i don't see my testicles shrinking any bit. They are still the old jumping jacks. Any trouble there.
If you need to know....i am 35 yrs of age.

I don't think its realistic to expect a 35 pound gain of lean muscle mass on any cycle.

You are up almost 20 pounds now. It looks like everything is going well.
 
17lb gain is pretty good on any mass cycle, if you want to gain more just up your calories by another 500cals/week that should restart your gains in no time
 
90 minutes seems like a long workout to me, make sure your not over training. especially since your doing it 6 days a week.
 
Thanks for the feedback bros (would appreciate more help though).....
But on a 10 week first cycle one should be gaining some 2 to 3 lbs till the 10th week if everything is in order (diet/sleep/gear/workout). Am not holding much water and fat gains as i did not take d-bol, but winni instead....so why is deca/sust not kicking in yet...they should have by the fifth week and i should be gaining even though just water and muscle....so how come no weight increase...or does this happen mid-cycle? :confused:

Am feeling low due to this.:(

My workouts are long, but only during the stack..else i do this for 60 minutes every day x six days a week.

The issue is that the initial 14 lb gains were of the first three weeks....so why not more now. Why just 4 lbs in the next three weeks....what can i do the restart further gains?

bro try resting more maybe your are over training!Try 2 days on 1 off.Also 17 lbs is great do you know 10 lbs of muscle looks like a cinder block.People are mislead when they think they gained 30 lbs of solid muscle in 8-10wks!Its water weight
