My diet consists of the following, in no consistant order...
Chicken Breast.
Oats.
Onions.
Canola Oil & Cider Vinegar. (Dressing)
Lettuce.
Carrots.
Herbal Tea.
Eggs.
Brown Rice.
Yams.
Feta Cheese. (Salad)
Cucumbers.
Skim milk. (Occasional)
And every once in a while maybe pasta or a hamburger. Also, maybe a beer or two on occasion. For instance had 2 beers on new years. Probably have a beer on super bowl.

Lift 3x a week, cardio 3x.
I've been eating this for the last 8 months. Been losing about 2lb a month at a 200 calorie deficit. Down from 235.
Is there anything I should immediately change? Is this a pretty solid diet for the future?
