Are Smart Drugs Illegal to Import to the U.S.?

It depends. I mean you cannot lump ALL "smart drugs" into one category. The term Smart Drug is a very loose interpretation.

I have brought Piracetam and Hydergine across the border, and had it fully inspected, with no problem at all.

However even THAT does not mean anything factual. Frankly the ability to bring something across the border is maybe 70% law and 30% The Mood Of The Agent.

I even brought Clen across once and had it serached and they saw it and let me keep going.

I was more on the subject of Piracetam . Thinking of ordering some. Suppose to be the top Smart Drug on the Market. Just did not know what the LAW was. I know some interpret it in different ways. Anymore info would be appreciated.

I belive so, yes.

Howevere, if you are interested in Piracetam, I really think you are OK. There are numerous mnail order sites that will ship it to you, from England for example.

Like I said, I have bought like 8 boxes in TJ and was even stopped at the border. Twice the agent went "in tha back" with a box to look it up and determine if it was OK for me to bring it in, and both times they let me through.

For Piracetam I think you are fine.

Also - be sure to take DMAE and Choline as well if you start doing it.

Pireacetam will get conviscated by the DEA if they recognize it. It may be on the published OK list, but it is a known precursor to MDA and MDMA which is definitely illegal (but fun to have with a room full of hot chicks!!!).

It may not be commonly known, but Piracetam is used in the "tube furnace" method of making extacy....

Don't ask me how I know, I just do....

But that's not to say I wouldn't try it
