US customs has local offices around the world and they do bust AS sources.

mmm... can anybody confirm that?

You're question is very broad an I'm not sure I understand it entirely.

Because there is no jurisciction and enforcement power over foreign pharmacies, the FDA was recently sending notice letters to these operations essentially asking: pretty please, don't solicit business over the Web and send those pink D-bol tabs to American boys. Instead, we want our nation's people fat, dumb and happy.

In any event, of all the US law enforcement agencies, the US State Department Special Agents endeavor to work entensively with foreign agencies such as Uzbekistan's NSS, Pakistans FIA Federal Investigative Agency and the ISS (Inter Services Intelligence). Remember, US federal agents are nothing more than guests in foreign countries and have no authority or power to go kicking down doors or making arrests without local police cooperating.

Through this cooperation the DSS (State Department's law enforcement arm), arrested Ramzi Yousef at the Su Casa guesthouse in Islamabad (the first WTC bomber in 1993), and saved thousands of lives by interdicting his plan to blow-up numerous US airliners on the same day while simulataneously assassinating then-President Clinton and Pope John Paul II.

Among other things, these days the DSS is concerned with the whereabouts of a prick by the name of bin Laden and protecting the US Embassy in Liberia as a civil war rages-on. Their mission is almost entirely counter-terrorsim and they don't give a shit if you're ordering a personal use supply of gear from Islamabad, unless it somehow ties into forged passports/visas and/or a terrorist plot.

Here in Canada, we have so many other things to worry about, that if the DEA would call us for assistance in busting someone over 100 sust amps, we would politely tell them to call back.....next year.

I think i am correct that if in the UK you can be charged with section 20 of the misuse of drugs act, 1971, with assisting in the United Kingdom in the commision of a United States drug offense. Again iyt depends on quantity, evidence and cooperation.

I am not aware of any that have been charged with this for exporting AAS but has been used for other class C subtances (UK classification of AAS).

Would need verification Bro

Does Rick or anyone else know if the Uk misuse of drugs act has been applied in comission of a USA drug offence relating to AAS. This was used on Howard Marks for Class C drug offence some years ago you may relate to?
