Every time you see some pro bodybuilder's diet mapped out, they are eating a bunch of egg whites for breakfast. I would think that with the Whey proteins that we have access to these days, you would see a lot more athletes using them instead of choking down all those egg whites. I just watched one of Ronnie Coleman's DVD's and he eats two cups of egg whites for breakfast, with 3 packets of grits. You would get almost the same amount of protein out of 2 heaping scoops of Whey isolate. I assume there is a reason that bodybuilders still eat all of these egg whites. What is it?
