Are Bran Flakes and Whole grain Cheerios good healthy carbs?

I try to eat healthy but I would still like to have sme good tasting food. I've heard Bran Flakes cereal is "good" for you. Is it? And what about original Cheerios (not honey nut). "They" say thats also good for you and your heart. I'm not serious about bodybuilding but I work out and am trying to get some muscle mass. Would those be good choices or not?

Also, is 100% whole wheat bread an example of complex carbs?

Fuck those cerials! lol. Nah, i dont know about the nutrional facts on them but they are both probably still high in sugar.

I eat "GO LEAN Crunch" from Kashi,
13g protein
30g carbs
Diet Fiber 10g
Sugars only 6g
Great Cereal, Cheap, (3.50$) here,

I actually have a bowl everyday 11:00 for my second breakfast. (with splenda of course)

I eat the bran flake crunch stuff its pretty good the sweet crunchy stuff makes it taste good and i really like raisins haha. But dont eat it dry especially if its the regular kind it will taste like hamster food

Bran/ Corn Flakes, Cherrios, and Wheat Bread are all high on the glycemic index{70 -100}
So if you choose cereal All-Bran is low {42} and sourdough
wheat bread is low{54}

Old fashion oats are usually the best, just add cinnamon, and splenda/stevia

I've been really liking the Toasted Oatmeal Supreme cereal I got from SAM's club. Oatmeal chunks, whole wheat bran flakes and dried fruit.

1 cup

2.5g fat

44g carb
4g fiber

5g protein

44 grams of carbs are high and what is the sugar amount?

I normally eat plain oats (I know, very boring :D) but occasionally I'll cut up a little bit of fresh apple and sprinkle some cinnamin in there as well. Tastes much better than any instant "apples n' cinnamin" and is much better for you.

I like the Kashi products too

I think plain old Bran Flakes are pretty low in sugar but they don't fill me up like oatmeal does....
