I'm a big beef jerky fan,i'm south african and we invented it but we call it biltong.get a few kilos sent over to me now that im living in europe.the best type you can eat is either ostrich or beef biltong.give it a try mate.i know of a great website in ireland if you want some proper south african biltong to be mailed to you.
