You shouldn't have any pain if you're using pharmacy cyp. You should re-examine your injection procedure. Did you make sure the muscle was completely relaxed and soft before you pushed the pin into it and injected? No you wouldn't have insomnia side effects on the 3rd day.

Good point Ulter, I had this prob when I first started. Hard to get the muscle relaxed when you are scared shitless about screwing up! That seemed to be my down fall. Even after a few cycles, I still have that one day where I forget that I have done it several times and just go blank and tense up or twist the damn thing. OUCH!

Don't inject your ass cheek. Go for the medial glute which is just above the cheek. Why would you poke holes into parts that you sit on?
