i want to get my first shirt. im thinkin of a double poly. is this a good rookie shirt ie are they eay to learn compared to the denims. how long would the shirt last too. thx
if the fed you lift in allows double denim i would start with that, you need to learn to use the shirt you will be benching with imo. get the most shirt your fed will allow and start learning its groove.
