Appetite suppressions from eth

running a fairly conservative 500mg a week of qv 250 and while I'm happy with the results I've noticed that lately I have NO desire to eat AT ALL. This aint good I hate forcefeeding myself and trying to cram down 4 meals & shakes is getting harder and harder.

I've never read about this as a side from Test so im curious as to whether anyone else has gone thru it & how did you deal with it? I ran eq for a few weeks out of desparation to see if it'd make me hungry but no dice :(
 
It used to happen to me on straight test cycles. I used to have to forcefeed myself as well, but eventually your body will adapt to the increased intake and you'll level out. I'm personally anti-deca at this point in my life, but I never had more of an appetite then when I was on deca.

Test will usually cause an increase in apetite as will equipoise to a greater degree.

However if your experiencing bloat due to aromatization of test to estrogen, than this can cause a fullness effect in the stomach with a co-responding lack of apetite.

Try an anti-aromatase agent like arimidex @0.5mgs eod. this will definitely help.

However if this is not the case or you still experience lack of apetite you may want to try injectable B12 @ 2000mcg 2x weekly.This should increase apetite,energy levels and help with sleep as well.

Agreed. Also, I think 4 real food meals a day is wasting your gear. Shoot for 8+ whole food meals, with one shake post workout. Your infrequint eating habits are going to cost you alot of the benefits you could be garnering from your cycle.
 
I guess I need to buy some Tupperware (and a bong)

My problem is that I'm actually putting on a little fat (above and beyond water bloat) from my relatively low cal diet, despite eating as clean as I can. Should I just suck it up and add the extra cals anyway?
