nope, living in Stamford CT and working in Wilton CT (north of Stamford).

But, I looked at about 7 apartments yesterday with my real estate agent. Really sweet lady but the worst fucking driver in the world! One of those people that just takes off at a green light, then slows down to a crawl, then SLAMS on the brakes at all stops. I almost puked twice. All but one of the apt's we looked at in my price range were attached/part of houses. One was perfect - private entrance, newly renovated, 1 bdrm, good price (for this area), and a great size. Of course, it was sold about an hour before we got there! All the others were either too small or too pricey. One was actually part of a house that was in a residential area. In other words, I would basically be a part of the family that lives there. They had little kids, something I just don't want to be around. One dent in my car and little Timmy's gonna find out just how deep that brook in the backyard is. I did find one apt that was in a building, a very small building at that. It was about the perfect size, a little smaller than my current place. It had rugs, which I like, sep. bdrm and a nice kitchen. Decent neighborhood, although most names on the mailboxes ended in either "endez" or "arcia", but nonetheless, still not that bad of a hood. One of the neighbors even managed to "Welcome" me, although that may be the extent of his English skills. First floor, private parking space, w/d on the same floor. Cock wanted $1,000 (tenant pays electric & heat). We are going to low-ball him and see what he comes back with. Can't wait to move - should be a boat load of fun.
