25 mg of winstrol is perfect. You can always increase the dose if you want.

If you use it solo, you will get some dry gains from it and you will have a leaner physique.

This was my first cycle 25 years ago and it dried me out and made my joints hurt bad. I don't recommend a winstrol only cycle. Best way to dry out is hard cardio and a calorie deficit with weight training. Depending on your BF% winstrol won't reveal any cosmetic effects that are very noticeable at all.
