"Gear", and not "Dedication"
I don't get it. Back in the day(Arnold's Time), individuals used to use Anabolic Steroids to "supplement" and already INSANE workout routine(routines that would make 90% of you vomit after 10min). These days, it's the fucking workout that supplements the mega-stacked-gear!!! I used 250mg of sus once a week for 3 1/2 months, and went from 235lbs to 295lbs. I had a great personal trainer, and I ate properly, and I ate like a mad man. Why don't you roid-junkies put down the syringe and re-evaluate how "wussy" your workout is.
