anyone regret using 250 mg instead of 500 mg of sust on their first cycle

I did 250 per week and 300mg per week of deca.Both for 10 weeks,I gained 35 pounds.I ended the cycle 5 weeks ago and havn't lost a single pound yet.My strength is still increasing to this day!You can make great gains on small doses,but that leaves you with no room for error,you must eat good,get lots of sleep,and train hard.Always try to get the most gains on the least amount of drugs.
 
If you know 500mg is the popular thing to do, why are you even asking? If you are going to do 250mg no matter what, then don't waste our time :mad: ...but, if you are willing to listen then here you go:

I did 200mg deca and 250mg sos on my first cycle and looking back, I honestly do wish that I would've doubled it.


I would do the following:

1). The water weight will probably take you up a weight class temporarily. With the proper diet (and water intake) you will gain between 10-30 pounds on this cycle, so you might want to say good buy to that weight class for a while. I will warn you that calories, protein and carbo intake will determine how much weight you will gain, so 30 pounds doesn't come unless everything is done perfectly (or you got some damn good genetics..lol)

2). You might see a little decrease in strength, but I know my Olympic lifting buddy keeps most of strength from his cycles....although strength is related to water weight....

3). Clomid is not required but unless you used Clomid throughout, you may lose mass and strength afterwards because your natural test will be too low to sustain the new mass and strength. You might want to look at using clen to stay anticatabolic after a cycle if you do not want to use Clomid.
 
my cousin took 250mg sust a week for 8 wks and made good gains. i know he didn't regret it. but...if i were you, i would go ahead and take the 500mg just for the simple fact that the rule of thumb is that your dosage of test should double your dosage of deca to avoid deca dick. 500 isn't 300 doubled but it's closer than 250. you'll make good gains w/ 250 but i'd rather be safe than sorry.
 
I did 500mg sust my first cycle, kept 15lbs. If I could do it over, I'd take the same, but eat better.
 
dude my first cycle i did the recommended 500mg and am without a doubt convinced it was the best route. like they say you always wish you could do your first on again. do the 500 and through in some dbol if you have access. even if you dont its your first cycle with just sust youll do just fine.

I don't get it. Back in the day(Arnold's Time), individuals used to use Anabolic Steroids to "supplement" and already INSANE workout routine(routines that would make 90% of you vomit after 10min). These days, it's the fucking workout that supplements the mega-stacked-gear!!! I used 250mg of sus once a week for 3 1/2 months, and went from 235lbs to 295lbs. I had a great personal trainer, and I ate properly, and I ate like a mad man. Why don't you roid-junkies put down the syringe and re-evaluate how "wussy" your workout is.
 
first of all this isnt 1970's. bro there is nothing wrong with a little help on the testerone side. im in the gym 1 and 1/2 hrs a day. eat 400 grams of protein and in the 20 to 30 grams of fat a day. i doubt seriously you gained 60 pounds in three months on that dosage. and theres nothing wrong about giving info to a man who asks. these are all just personal opions on experiences nobody asked for a lecture on how you feel on supplements.
