Yes they charged my card and I never recieved my order,when I challanged them about it they said it had shipped.I live in the UK but still I should have recieved it.Needless to say I never used them again.
I have ordered products like Yohimburn and other such prodcucts from here and the service was the best.Good customers service team also.

bb.com is average in the US. They may have problems internationally, though through no fault of their own. Though they should have refunded your money riptorn, Unless they specifically made you aware of the risk prior to shipping.

I placed one order there and received what I ordered in three days. It was packed very well. However, I had to e-mail them four times to get them to charge my credit card. I try to be honest, but they were making it very hard.

Because they are a competitor of sorts, even though we sell none of the same products they do, my opinion may be viewed as tainted. I have heard a lot of horror stories about bb.com's service. Particularly competitors who needed something for an upcoming show and didn't get it until long after their show was over.

When I challenged them over it ,they were rather rude in their reply,although they didnt deny they had taken my money they said the item had shipped and it had been signed for,which I hadn't.The end result they lost my custom,which now goes to the AF STORE at around $500 a time.

Yes, they are excellent IMO, as long as what you order is in stock and you are in the U.S.

ordered from them a couple of times...the first time was good but the second time they said they never got my order so i ordered it again then they ended up charging me for both and sending me both orders...now i go to www.musclesurf.com they dont have a hole lot but they are cheaper and get it to you promptly
