Anyone lose it all before?

I just got back from Alaska for work and I lost about 40 pounds and 100 lbs on my bench and 30 lbs on my curls not to mention everything else. Went from 205 to 170. Honestly, it's messing with my head. Worse off, none of my guys are getting back to me so I can't get any aas. Any of you had to go through this before? Swear to god I feel like a different person and I can't wait to go back to being who I was...like I lost everything I worked for the past few years in a couple of months.

PS I'm on an herbal cleanse this month and I'm not going to go back on a cycle right away until I get most of my gains back so no flaming me for that bros

ha try going through a summer working your ass off, then go through 2 a days and a season then be right back where u started. Do this 4 years straight.....shit gets old

It's most likely strength losses though that are most noticeable and not too much size I am guessing. The strength will return eventually so I would not be too discouraged.

This happened to me before. I took about 2 years off for several different reasons, but when i came back i had pretty much gained all my strength back in less than two months. and that includes losing over 100 lbs on my bench press. i ganed 80 lbs back on bench in four weeks. two words: MUSCLE MEMORY. It wont take long...

i didnt lose everything but i lose quite a bit and put on tons of fat when i had shoulder surgery.

dont respond to any pm's offering u gear. not only is it against the board rules but they will probably be people waiting to prey on u.

LOL thanks for the warning guys.. no scammers yet, but we'll see. It's pretty uplifting to hear that muscle memory kicked in so quick for you so I'm really glad that you all responded. My arms are actually coming back really well. I was having a lot of trouble with tri's because the tendon on my funnybone or whatever the hell it is would snap every time I hit my tri's but once that went away things are going well. My chest is lagging big time though so I was really down about that at the gym today but hearing what you guys had to say really helped. Thanks!

train hardcore for strength, and dont train like you used to!!! No one body part a day, per week bull. Beginners and lifters coming back after a serious break, should stick to combination exercises like bench, deads, and squat. maybe throw in some curls, shoulder press, etc. Train for purely strength and you'll be surprised how fast it comes back to you. once your strength is close to where it once was, you can start training like a bber again. Also, you can bench and squat multiple times per week. id so no more than two though for legs, and at most three for bench. once per week dead lift, and no more.

Trust me, i went through the same thing, and that what i did, and i jumped back up like a madman. i was taking creatine, whey protein, fish oils, and vitamins.
