Remember that steroids are controlled substances and illegal without a prescription. No quality source is going to accept credit cards, e transfer etc because they will want to stay anonymous. They will only accept things like western union, money gram etc.

Head on over to evolutionary.org and check the source reviews section to find a quality steroid source.

It is hard to find HGH as such, let alone with the payment method you are looking for. There is just too much fake HGH one the market these days, and it is usually replaced with HCG. My personal recommendation would be to rather opt for Nutrobal. It will boost your HGH, and it is very easy to find the real deal with it. I use the one from S1, and never had any issues so far. Besides, it is so much cheaper than regular HGH.
