Yeah man I have everything for my training set I just like learning new shit about foods and shii ya know. My diet is good though I don't even cheat on my shii no drinking or nothing trying to be as solid as can be!

My woman tries to interfere with my lifestyle all the time trying to make me eat something Im not supposed too.
My cheat meals are usually considered Healthier options I usually don't dive into temptation.

My chick too man! Fuck we went grocery shopping yesterday and she was all trying to get pizza and shit said she's "tired of eating healthy" but the way I see it if you get healthy now better chance of decreased problems as an old geezer ya know lol I try not to cheat cause if I do once I'll say fuck it and do it again so I try and stay consistent!
