i cant seem to make the mind to muscle connection to flare my lats, anyone else have this problem??
lilj888 said:maybe you dont have any lats??but if u do when i do it i feel like im flexing my outer chest, try to flex the outer part of ur chest or try flexing ur chest hard and crunch ur abs maybe u will get ur lats to pop out and then u can work on trying to flex ur lats only, i dont know how to flex my traps at all but they are deffiently there just keep practicing and it will come
